Verified Renter I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. It's been a nightmare renting here. Just in the last 3 weeks one of my vehicles has been stolen OFF THE PROPERTY and just this past weekend my other vehicle was broken into and they tore out the steering column in an attempt to steal it. Does the property manager say anything? Of course not. There are dangling tree branches over the property and with the high wind storms we've been having youd think they would cut these down to avoid property damage but nope.

Verified Renter So much trash everywhere all the time. There are still cars parked in the lot that don't move, so many don't have stickers. My car was towed for not having one, but I guess all rules don't apply to everyone!!!!!

Beautiful Space, Leasing is Terrible!!!! Poplar Place is pretty spacious & the area is great. Unfortunately, my reason for not renewing my lease has a lot to do with leasing management. Yolanda is not personable at all she is NEVER in office. I have dropped in on multiple days, I am unable to get her on the phone, the one time I did catch her by phone she ensured me that she would follow up by phone or email regarding my questions & concerns. Verified Renter Staff is pleasant. But often at odds pr tension when adverse situations arise amongst themselves. But they often shy away conflict or difficult situations.

Verified Renter I would not recommend living here until they renovate all the units and obtain new management. I am a tenant that does pay electronically every month so Im not disgruntled... unfortunately I have found out that the property is not kept up inside or outside as it should be.

Verified Renter Overall, I would not give this community a good review. The positives of living here is the convenient location, it can be relatively quiet unless you have loud neighbors who play music on their porch all night, and maintenance usually responds very quickly to fix things. Other than that, Poplar Place has serious issues. There is trash and litter everywhere, the roads are an absolute mess with potholes and speed bumps that bottom out your car, there is no security (cars get broken into), the management office... read more
Verified Renter The floor plan I chose and was shown, is NOT the unit I was given. I was told nothing could be done. Was told that I was promised a unit; not the model I viewed & made a deposit on.
Verified Renter As bad as it gets. The three bedroom has 4 cars the three bedroom on the other side had 2 cars and a work truck. I have a 2 bedroom and one car and can't find a place to park. I would never refer a person to move in here.
