Verified Renter The area is well served, close to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, parks. The compound is well taken care of. The apartment is nice, though not fully renovated but it does the function, apparently it wasn’t checked before giving me the keys but most of the issues were fixed after notifying them about it. Maintenance team are very responsive. I recommend this place.

Verified Renter I like the community in which I live, the only concern is parking. Most tenants are a 2 car family, but we have a resident that have 4 cars which occupies 4 spaces. This make you scramble for parking spaces. I do however understand you can park almost anywhere, but I’m a single resident, I leave early in the morning for my job. I feel safer parking close to my apartment as I can based on my safety. Another thing is the cats that are out loose. I’m sorta afraid of cats they keep me on my toes. But I love the q... read more
