Angel Payne was the best!! She was able to show me a variety of different models and I am extremely happy with my Rogue. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone buying or leasing a car.

Express service is a joke. Needed light bulbs replaced, was there for 3 hours. Big problem with Mike Ferguson, service representative. I arrived at 7:30 went to M. Ferguson, told him I need light bulbs. He had me wait for an hour just to get an estimate (more about that later). When he did give me an estimate, it was $120 more than a previous estimate I got from another representative a week earlier. He got a bit testy when I mentioned that. A total dick! I have always had an amazing experience at Porter Nissan whenever my car is in need of service. Today's service was nothing short of that, except with the difference being that I was super short on funds and could not afford the service that my car needed to make it stop shaking at high speeds.
