My experience started in March of 2016 when I purchased my Pathfinder. Jason was quick and efficient and had us leaving in no time with everything I wanted. By June, my car that was only 3 months old started having some issues. I took it to the service department and apparently there were major issues. Dave the service manager was great the whole time and stayed in contact with me the entire time until corporate took over for the replacement process. I bought my 2015 Nissan Murano there fell in love with the car as soon as I seen it. Day later my air conditioning wasn't working to it in they gave me another car, a day later my driver side window was making howling noise took it to get repair 4 times all this I went went threw and all they gave me was two free oil change. Mean while I spend 35000. On a car that was in four service 4 times is this a joke or what.
I just purchased a 2016 Murano from Porter Nissan. It is my second Murano. My salesman, John Thomas (JT) was very professional from the onset of the sale through the delivery. I was very particular about what I wanted, and he really came through for me, and it was a great buying experience!

Porter Nissan has never let me down. The salesman that I dealt with (Lew Strand) is excellent. He always goes beyond my expectations when making sure I am in the car I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. I've been at the Porter Dealership for many years and will continue to do so.
