We took a trip from Jersey to the Finger Lakes for my fiancé's birthday. We were never there before and decided to stay in the casino for a night and I found this restaurant on open table. I decided to give it a try for this special occasion. We were not disappointed. Dinner was scrumptious - and our server (Sara L.) was very attentive - making it an exceptional dining experience. Will return.

This was not what we expected. It was better. We were told to try it but the price did not seem like we would great the value. It was better as one could have lobster and other high end food and desserts that we were not expecting. Did not have to wait for table and the waitresses were extremely accommodating. Next time, as a waitress suggested, we will get the warmed up lobster.

Our waitress was friendly and courteous. She recommended great drinks.She also explained menu selections . THE food came to the table in a timely manner and was excellent in flavor and presentation .A job well done

$18 for cosmopolitan martini was overpriced and very weak drink. Bread did not wow us and the salad was very dry. Main course of filet and veal chop were spectacular and side sweet potato with carmelized brown sugar was to die for. Overall good but things to improve upon.

Outstanding food and a wonderful waitress named Sarah. Sarah has waited on me several times and I have enjoyed every time. I have even asked for her on Sundays for brunch. She is helpful and courteous and checks on us to see if everything is OK. I have eaten at the Portico several times and have never been disappointed.

. I must admit I anticipated a more sophisticated dining experience: it was average at best! Not worth the pricey menu

I started with potato skins as app. they were more like potato chips, lacking no potato at all. Menu never stated size of filet was it to be 8 0r 10 oz. dinner came 1 sprig of vegtable. Other dinner was strip steak had to much grizzle in it to be prime steak. Truffle potatos were way to salty for anyone and steak had no vegtable to accompany it. Also I may have missed was soup on menu, and salads $15 for a wedge of lettuce. We were highly disappointed with meal. Our server was great and knowledgeable.

Came for my wife's birthday after having an enjoyable dinner a few weeks before. Had brunch. Food was cold. Tongs resting on food--not sanitary. Oysters appeared old-no liquor or vibrancy. Omelet person needs work. These days par for the course for brunch. Too bad. Earlier dinner was much better.
