We had a delicious meal served by excellent wait staff. Delish!
A pleasant surprise
Fabulous spot! We were seated right away and the staff was very friendly and knew the menu. Our waitress could answer all of our questions. The wine was outstanding as was the menu options and quality of the food. The seafood was perfectly cooked and all the pasta is homemade. Exceptional. Very generous portions. It was worth every cent. Awesome meal....friendly, knowledgeable waitress, Haley. One problem... Drinks took a very long time.
The Salad and steak we’re good however Our lobster and shrimp was awful way overcooked And the bathrooms were disgusting
Slow service on a busy night. More servers needed. Waited a while for our cocktails to be served. Prime rib a little cold. Waitress messed up our deserts and they had them sent to our room as we would have been late for the 8:00pm show. We should have had an earlier reservation. We heard many people at other tables also discussing the time it took to enjoy their meals. They were also planning to attend the show. Service was ok not exceptional, sat with dirty dishes for a long time before main meal, food took a VERY long time to come out. We were given a drink as a apology for wait time but we sat at 5:15 and never left until 7:45! Way to long of a wait for dinner. Room was not filled at all when we got there so even though it began to fill up we should have had our dinner order in before the "rush began"! I brought 2 ladies with me that had never been to del Lago or the Vine, and we had an enjoyable evening that began with a nice meal, and excellent waitress! Then on to the awesome show. Best potato skins around!! The ladies loved their dinners, my filet was ok...could have been more tender but was ok.
