Always a great experience at Portico.. me and my wife split a Tomahawk Ribeye which was on special that night.. it was amazing mouth watering even.. never had a bad meal here after 4+ visits

We eat at many fine dining establishments with excellent chefs including Jose Garces and Rick Moonen. While Fabio may have only finished fourth on Top Chef, but he is #1 on our list. For a casino restaurant located near the NY Finger Lakes, the restaurant was amazingly quiet. My girlfriend and I split the lobster avocado salad which a very light vinaigrette which brought out the flavors of the salad and did not overpower the lobster. We very enjoyed the Sunday Brunch buffet. There were many upscale choices such as shrimp, clams, cold water lobster, oyster, charcuterie and eggs benedict. There was a dessert room filled with many delicious choices. Everything was very tasty. There was live music to add to the elegant atmosphere. The manager, hostess and our server were all very friendly and treated us like they were glad we were there. Great evening, when we got the bill and found we were charged $1 for ice cubes in our $16 manhattans we were a bit appalled. Server was sweet and food was very good, but really? Charging for ice?

The food and service are always excellent. There was a slight issue with a wine list selection. I ordered a bottle off the $20 wine list , but the server came back to the table and said that the bottle was also on the regular list at $36 and did I still want it at the higher price! I asked to see the manager. The server returned about 10 minutes later and said I could have the bottle at the lower price.
