We had a delightful meal at Portico. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was courteous and friendly. Our server, Michael, was knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I have dined here several times and have always been pleased. The service has always been excellent. We have experienced a number of different meals and have been happy each time. The atmosphere is low key and that is in keeping with our personal taste.

Definitely worth the drive! The food and service are exceptional. Some of the bottles on the wine list are a bit ambitious for Waterloo ($2,200/bottle!!!), but there was a special the night we dined with 10 bottles priced under $25 which was a true bargain. The menu is varied and the Kobe meatball appetizer, which we shared was delicious! The only drawback is that because the restaurant is inside the casino you have to be 21 or over to dine there, but for those "of age", it's a real gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mother's Day lunch at Portico. The service was great, the food was amazing and the extra special treat of chocolate covered strawberries was a very nice extra.

I was looking forward to a special Mother's day dinner. The restaurant was fairly empty when we attended. It was disappointing when they overcooked by Mom's filet and we had to send it back. At least they waited and checked it to make sure. She ordered medium rare, it was well done. The waitress forgot her drink and we had to ask twice. The waitress was not around to make any additional requests. While the ambiance is nice it is fairly overpriced with sides being extremely large

Friendly staff. The food was fantastic. Heavy on the cost, but if you promoted more background on the meals upfront, folks would realize the high quality foods that are on the menu.
