Service was ok not exceptional, sat with dirty dishes for a long time before main meal, food took a VERY long time to come out. We were given a drink as a apology for wait time but we sat at 5:15 and never left until 7:45! Way to long of a wait for dinner. Room was not filled at all when we got there so even though it began to fill up we should have had our dinner order in before the "rush began"! I brought 2 ladies with me that had never been to del Lago or the Vine, and we had an enjoyable evening that began with a nice meal, and excellent waitress! Then on to the awesome show. Best potato skins around!! The ladies loved their dinners, my filet was ok...could have been more tender but was ok.
We have dined here on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the food or the service.
The food was wonderful as usual. Service has always been great.
The food was very good. Cooked perfectly and served hot. We ordered the Ribeye and the Rigatoni Carbonara. Our server was friendly and you almost forgot that you were eating in a casino. We were there for a show at The Vine and decided to make an evening of it. Would definitely eat here again.
We were very happy with our meals...once they came. We were some of the first people to arrive and while we talked and enjoyed each others company, we couldn't help but notice that everyone around us that had arrived after us, had their meals and were just about done before we even got ours. The food was very good. The calamari appetizer was amazing! Steak was delicious and cooked properly.
Food was excellent. Service was ok, not enough waitstaff to handle all diners efficiently.
Overall experience was good. I mentioned several times that it was my significant other’s birthday dinner. But staff forgot to do anything special. And her dinner was not to her liking and to the restaurant’s credit, it was deducted from the bill. Thanks for that. We will dine there again, because as I mentioned, it was overall very nice and I’m sure next time it’ll be great.
