Food was great but restaurant is inside the casino. I was expecting it was outside of the casino floor. Our server was great but restaurant seemed understaffed and our server, we could see, was trying very hard but he was too busy running around and taking care of several tables. Food was brought before clearing our table of plates and appetizers.
Three of us enjoyed dinner at Portico on May 9th and were thoroughly pleased. Our server, Michael G, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable regarding the various items on the menu, and very attentive to our needs. Two of us ordered the filet mignon and it exceeded our expectations, especially the one that was requested "rare". Michael insured that it would be exactly as requested and it definitely was. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like we were the only people in the restaurant. The service was absolutely fantastic! Our server, Serena, was absolutely delightful and gave great recommendations. The salmon and the filet were both excellent and the sides of Brussel sprouts and cauliflower were really delicious. We will go back again very soon!
I always enjoy my self at portico! The chicken was phenominal! Ill definitely be back!
Food very good, server was excellent. The hostess was less than friendly and kept us waiting at desk while she stood there and reviewed some notes on I Pad instead of seating guests.
Had such a great experience! Love their food and atmosphere. Service was incredible. Little pricey but worth it. Will definitely go again.
This was my second time there and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered 2 apps and 2 dinners and shared, that was a great way to try different items. Will definitely go back!
Dined after a show on a Saturday night. Got there early and bypassed line at front to go grab a drink. Drinks were good, and reasonably priced. Still, always a line at front. After an hour, our reservation was coming up, and still a line about 6-8 people at front. This was only real downside. Didn’t want to wait 10 mins just to say “we’re here!”. food took forever and was not even that good. waitress was very nice, but seemed a bit flustered because the kitchen must have been backed up? but did not seem busy at all. need to get it together.......
