Family dinner. As usual food was top notch!! Rosenkrans Porterhouse and Tbone were perfectly prepared medium rare!!
I have been living in Western New York since I moved here from Long Island in 1988. This was the best meal my wife and I have ever eaten in the area. The food was on a par with some of the great Manhattan & Long Island restaurants we have enjoyed as well as the amazing culinary experiences that we've had in the 5 star restaurants at Disney World. First visit and we were very impressed by ambiance, service and food. All food selections were excellent and included smoked pork belly and butter crunch wedge salad as appetizers and prime rib and lamb tenderloin for main course. Meat was cooked as we ordered and was deliciously seasoned, as was the pork belly. Sauces were flavorable but not overpowering. Our waiter Roland and his assistant Kayla were excellent; attentive and helpful in explaining the menu. We live 40 minutes away and will be returning often.

The menu was varied and unique. The Food was superb and accompanied by great sauces. Our server checked on us at appropriate intervals providing everything we needed when we needed it. The total experience was outstanding. I would visit again.

The staff is always very accommodating, polite and courteous. We always have a great time at the bar. The food is outstanding. Our only issue, is that we when we go to the table to have dinner it takes forever to get your food. We own a restaurant and we are extremely patient people, as we understand how a restaurant works. When we go out we are in no rush, but it takes an extremely long time at Portico to get your food. But we love del lago and we will be back.
