I have read previous reviews and have to echo what has already been said. Overall, I had a good experience at Portico- but it was the service that was the issue. She was nice, but inattentive. She did not come back to the table after the drinks were ordered. We had to ask for bread. We had to refill our own Champagne flutes (after the initial pour) and even had to ask (more than one time!) for our water glasses to be refilled. Seafood bisque was awesome but ordered sirloin medium- rare and it came out well. I am not one to send back food but did tell server.

It is so nice to have a five star restaurant affiliated with a world class chef possessing the culinary abilities and insights and personal qualities of Fabio Viviani in Western New York. our dining experience was excellent. The service was great, our waitress was attentive and helpful. Our only disappointment was the choices of wine. We didn't find any to our liking. Maybe have more New York wine selections. We enjoyed our appetizers and salads. Love the bread too. We will return soon.

First time there and it was great. Anita was our server and she was great. Never had to ask for anything she was always there with what we needed. She has a great personality and next time I come I will make sure to ask for her again. Upon arriving there was some confusion and when I asked what was going on nobody would say. But once we were seated everything was great. Good time had by all.

Another excellent meal there! This was our 4th dinner there, and I’ve yet to be disappointed in any way. The food is perfectly cooked; the service has been wonderful.

Love the buy one get one specials on Monday nights and happy hour specials thats why we went. We also love to go to Porticos for special occasions but the buy one get one special brought us out on a night we normally don’t dine out on! Great pasta dishes and wines

We were very please with the brunch there, I mean come on unlimited lobster, shrimp and seafood was great. One suggestion that should have mini-lobster folks. Or also a standard salad might be nice.
