As this restaurant was fairly new I had to give them a little slack. The server was obviously new and finding his way but I think that with time he will be stellar. Loved the caprese salad. Husband was disappointed with the fettuccine. It was tasteless.Potato rounds were yummy. Table was not bussed promptly but hopefully with time this will improve. Was hubby's birthday and told by manager dessert would be sent over-it wasn't. I think with time this restaurant will do well.
Absolutely perfect... not a single thing I would recommend or change. Great food and staff. Will be back again for sure.
Had a great experience, my wife and myself loved the food, service etc. I might add I would change one thing and that is demand a "dress code" for eating in the dining rooms etc. It's ok to wear a t-shirt or whatever at the bar for appetizers but if you are eating dinner a DRESS CODE should be mandatory!! It's too nice to allow cut-off jeans, baseball caps to dine at Porticol. Porticol is special and the way u dress should also be special!
All in all a great experience. The only suggestion would be to have lower lighting to make it a bit cozier and personal.
They made me feel important from the moment i walked in the door. I am just some ordinary joe but made me feel like royalty. Meeting Fabio Viviani didnt hurt either. The food was amazing and so worth the price. I do plan on going again and have recommended this restaurant to all my friends and family

The restaurant was amazing. We had reservations for 4 but bumped it to 5 at the last minute which they were able to accommodate well. Food was to die for! We ordered apps, dinner and many sides, plus alcoholic beverages. Everything was perfect. the staff were also friendly and catoring. We even got a picture with Fabio!!! (Sooooooooo hottttttt!) I'm not a fan of the Kanye West sneakers he was sporting but other than that I would come again and recommend it!
My wife and I went to Portico on a Saturday evening with another couple to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. The ambiance is Hollywood chic, the waiter was well versed in the menu and drink selections. The food was well presented, the issue is taste . All items ordered were prepared or kept in a wood smoke area, hence all items tasted of smoke. Also for price point the menu items were just not worth the charge.
