Staff and Server was very good. Food was, however, barely warm by the time it got to the table. Disappointed is the word I would use to describe the experience.
The food is not good an over-priced. We had appetizers, entrees, and dessert and there was nothing I would go back for. The server was amazing and made up for the terrible food. Hostess was not friendly and very unwelcoming. I do not recommend dining here unless there are no other choices, and you have extra money to spend.
My lady friend ordered the brick chicken. it was Supposed to be a bone in chicken breast, it was NOT! The chicken was a dry, tasteless. boneless piece of chicken with no flavor at all. To hear the waitress tell it, it sounded delish, but alas it was terrible. NOT what I expected considering the prices....

Steak was so salty it was inedible. Sent back. Entree is brought out before salad course is finished.
One word AWFUL! I should of gone with my gut and not eaten here. Hostess is confused and wait staff is deplorable!!!! Limited menu, and you don’t have all the options for people. What food they had was terrible!!! I will NEVER EVER eat or recommend this to anyone! Don’t go—matter of fact run to the food court! 
Think the hostess needs to work on her service and hospitality skills. I find it very odd that patrons feel like they can't enjoy a beverage before their reservation. She wasn't pleasant at all. Also we ordered a $400 bottle of wine. I asked to have it decanted. One would think a Somm would come over to ensure the bottle was showing as intended. Wine went right into decanted and NEVER poured for us. We poured our own wine. Our experience at Portico used to be top notch. Definitely has gone downhill.

45 minute wait for appetizers, scotch sour made with jack daniels, horrible acoustics. Not the same as it was.

I had to order something I really didn't want because you ran out of meatballs so I couldn't get pasta and meatballs had to settle for something else. The claims casino special wasn't very good. I had to take the claims out of the shell and only six little ones. My date wanted garden salad, but you didn't have it. So, she had to get Caesar Lettice. Plus took way too long to get the food.

Understaffed on a concert night. Led to unacceptable wait times for food and drink, even with a reservation. Food was very sub-par for the price point.
