My dog, Lucy, had her first grooming session with Makailah and she did a great job! I will definitely recommend her and Posh Pet Hotel where Lucy likes to go for overnights!!

Good experience, as you might expect from the price leader in the area. Lori is a talented groomer, a fine person who always checks on my dogs while they attend camp PPH. However, on their last 14-day excursion, the staff ran out of food provided. This was curious to me because I left the dogs with a month's supply of dry food. I also left measuring cups for each and explicit simple instructions. Be very specific with your instructions. Repeat and repeat. Don't assume a casual nod of the head denotes understanding. I hate seeing the bad review for Posh pet. I have been using them since they open and can not say anything negative of them. Max loves them! He jumps out the car when he sees where we are at! I love the camera features because I can always check for myself to see how he is doing. And since we've had Max, the only place we have taken him for a haircut is here and we constantly get asked. Where does he get his hair done?

We have been bringing our Harper here for 5 years now, for both occasional boarding and more regular daycare, and he always has a blast and comes home exhausted and smiling. :) We took him there this week and were checked in by Candace, who is unbelievably smart, efficient and very outgoing and friendly! She really made us feel appreciated! We then picked him up yesterday after a 2 night stay, and saw something we'd never seen. Posh Pet Hotel is phenomenal! I've never taken my dogs to a day care or boarding before. They treat both of them with personal care and love! My dogs run to the door to go to playgroup! The staff are awesome! They even slowly introduced my puppy to group so she was not overwhelmed and was socially feeling secure! I feel the staff truly love and care for the dogs that come to day care and boarding! They are professional and caring plus knowledgeable! Posh Pets is an amazing place for my dogs!

our 7 mo old potcake, Skipper, visited the posh pet for the first time last week. In 30 years of having dogs,we had never used a boarding or day care. We lost both of our service dogs in the last six months so I was completely stressed at the thought of leaving Skipper, our service dog in training. Lori is fantastic. Whenever I go to pick up my dog she always has a cute bow or bandana on. Lori always makes sure I want the same haircut before grooming her. I would recommend for your dogs grooming needs.
