Found this place on Yelp and was able to make an appointment that day. Was immediately impressed by how clean and well kept the building was inside and out. I met Lorrie, the groomer, and she instilled complete confidence with her friendly and informative pre grooming questions. Very satisfied with how my dog, Lola, looks and smells, clean and happy! While the human family went on a summer vacation, the fur family went on a vacation at Posh Pet Hotel. We had considered a few alternatives (house sitting and walking services) to the K-9 resort but we quickly decided against those. From making the reservation, to dropping off my pup, to picking him up 3 weeks later, Posh Pet Hotel made the procees not only easy, but I felt complete confidence that he would be well taken care of. They paid attention when it came to his food requirements and what to do if he got a hot spot or threw out his back. This place is nothing short of amazing. Right when my pup Easton and I walked in, we were greeted by everyone in the lobby. He was more than happy to leave me behind! Lincoln, the owner, then gave me a tour of the facility. It is beautiful and clean beyond words. They thought of literally everything. Easton can't wait to come back when we're in town! I would highly recommend PPH to any pet parent!
Love love love this place!!! We dropped off our puppy here for the weekend. It's is so luxurious and clean. The staff are all super friendly and we were so happy with our experience there. Enjoyed checking in on him on the dropcam as he played with all the other dogs. We will definitely be taking our puppy back
I left my four dogs at the Posh Pet Hotel when I went on vacation. From the time of booking until the time I picked them up from the hotel, my experience was excellent. The staff is very attentive and will take extra care to ensure that pets and their owners are very satisfied and happy. Our dog is almost 8 yrs old, and this is the first time she has ever been boarded overnight. Needless to say, I was apprehensive and went to review a couple of different places to board her. The second my daughter and I walked into Posh Pet Hotel, we knew this was the place that I was going to feel the most comfortable leaving her overnight. My two dogs stayed here last week for three nights and it was a great experience for them and for me. I learned that they get along & play well with other dogs...better than I thought they would. They enjoyed the activities and their nice room at bedtime. The hotel is clean, the playroom large, and the staff is friendly. I received text messages with pictures daily, which was a nice touch. We will be back!
Incredible Experience! I took my dog to the Posh Pet Hotel Palm Beach while I was moving. After reviewing many other daycare/boarding places, nothing even comes close.
