Very caring and concerned with the dogs experience at the facility. Clean and comfortable with good indoor and outdoor facilities vs others in the area. Our dog is not great about initial separation from us and they handle that well and give her a superb level of care
We just moved to West Palm from Arizona and needed to find a place to board our Golden Retriever from time to time as well as daycare when we work. Happy we found Posh Pet Hotel, as the staff is very friendly and can tell they truly care about our dog. We genuinely feel good bringing our dog here as we know he is being well cared for and also having a good time.
Super friendly staff! They call you whenever they think something is up. They have a camera for daycare with no extra charge. His second day there, they knew him already by name. My dog loves going there!
For almost 5 years I have been taking my Australian Shepherd here for doggie daycare. They are wonderful with him. I can watch him on a CCTV. I also have him groomed by Lori who does a phenomenal job. They have 1/2 day and full day options and packages to purchase to save money.
We are soooo happy we found Posh Pet Hotel for Lilli...we are visiting from CT and needed day care for our King Charles. We are able to see her on camera throughout and feel very comfortable leaving her in their care. The staff is fantastic, and she loves going! Thank you for such great care!
This is my second time leaving my dogs there. We love it and so do they. It's clean and the staff is friendly. There is also a link to watch my dogs. Love it
I went on a two week trip and needed a safe place for my cat to stay. She is an indoor cat and used to the company of people. From the moment I walked in to check the place out I was impressed. Pam greeted me and took me for a tour. It's rather large but the cat sanctuary is a bit more reeled in. They are of course kept separate from the dogs. GREAT daycare. My 10 month old Standard Poodle LOVES going to "camp" The staff is so interactive with the dogs and he has the best time. Most importantly he comes home EXHAUSTED . A tired Puppy is a good Puppy.
My golden doodle, Stella, stays at PPH for daycare and she loves it! It gives her a place to go from time to time while I'm busy working or I feel she needs to cut loose and have an exciting day with other dogs. The facility is clean and the owner is actually on site working as well. I also like that I can watch Stella on a live feed to make sure she's doing OK while I'm not with her. I highly recommend Posh Pet Hotel!
