My boyfriend and I went away for a wedding Thursday-Sunday and chose Posh Pet Hotel to leave our 5 month old American Eskimo. This was our first time leaving him and I was a little nervous BUT words can't describe how AMAZING this place is. Where do I begin? Posh pet hotel is the best thing that's ever happened to pet owners in southern Florida! Moving here from NYC I thought I'd seen it all in 5 star pet care, however, Posh Pet Hotel puts them all to shame!! This place is awesome! My family and I went away on vacation with our mind at ease when we left our dog Bart here. The staff at Posh Pet Hotel is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell they treat all the pups as if they were their own. Bart had a great time and I know this because Lincoln sent us pictures a few times over the weekend while he played with other dogs. I just picked up Benson after his first 3 day stay with the crew at Posh Pet Hotel. Lincoln was gracious enough to let me tour twice before I booked the stay as this was only the second time I had left Benson. Not only is the facility immaculate, but the staff is wonderful. This Pet Hotel is outstanding. I had to leave town for a couple days so I needed someone to take care of my dog. I was able to book my reservation online before I brought my dog which saved me from some of the hassle. I was greeted at the door by Lincoln, the owner, of Posh Pet Hotel. My dog had her name "Amelia" up on the wall. There was so much attention to the details for this facility. Awesome place. The owners Lincoln and Stacy treat your dog like royalty!! They spent a lot of time showing us around and acquainting us with the way the pet hotel and day care center operates. from the looks of things, they left no stone unturned. The place is amazing. Never take your dog here!!!! I have been bringing my dog here since he was 4 months old. He is now a senior dog and upon calling them to board him, the front desk put me on hold to speak to a manager. She came back on the phone to tell me that they dont have 24-7 care on certain days and we could board him but would have to pay for private care as he would be confined to his room due to his age and be let out for bathroom breaks/walks. We had a bad experience with Posh Pet and will never take our Ruby there again. They appear to be attentive and responsible but they are quite the opposite.

This is a follow up to my original complaint. I want to point out that someone in customer service did respond and asked to discuss the issue. My husband and I decided to find a different doggie daycare that handled a smaller number of dogs so the animals are given more individual attention and activities. I addressed this decision by mail. I do appreciate that Posh Pet Hotel took the time to respond but this was only after a poor review.
