If I could give posh pets 0 stars I would. Not only has my dog never been the same since I brought her back home. What they market and represent as what they will be providing to your animals is completely fraudulent and total lies. Not only was my dog traumatized after I had to come pick her up now she is sick and I have to take her to the veterinarian because she is clearly not well. This place is AWFUL for small dogs! I took my 1 year old 9lb cockapoo and when picking her up the first day I was told that she got trampled by bigger dogs. She was limping when I brought her home, but thought I'd give them one more try since they said it was spring break week and they were over crowded. Horrid experience. At drop off, they didn't know which room was my dogs and the two empties were not labeled and filthy. I asked about the webcam access as I was worried. The lady told me about 20 minutes she would email me the link. 12 hours passed and I received no link and/or returned call. I was finally given access about 13 hours after drop off. the front desk isn't very friendly. the guy is the inquisitor with weird questions impertinent to the dog care. i felt like they weren't interested at all. it should be: welcome to posh so why are you here? who sent you? how did you find us?, i see you came with your dog is that who will be staying or in a need for grooming with us?, let us show u around and talk about what we need from you to get started and your expectations. we didn't get any of that hospitality. my dog has her shots and papers; this is the vet so fee... read more
I normal bring Ollie my dooole for an occasional day care...this past weekend was his first over nite stay...just got off the plane excited to pick him up...I think he'd of rather stayed at posh...they are terrific...you get what you pay for...charlie
The only reason for the one star, is for their "posh" facility. Other then that they should receive a ZERO star for the treatment of our 12 week old Weimwriener mix breed puppy. Took him in for a free daycare session to get acclimated for a 5 day boarding scheduled. They welcomed him in and put him in with the small dogs as he is only 12 lbs. This establishment is lovely upon visit especially when just cleaned. If not, smells like dog. They didn't send me a link to view my pet until several unanswered phone calls and email. And a item I sent with my pet was misplaced. Sure they tried to apologize and sent me home with a present, kennel cough.
Have tried 2 days to reach this place. Have left messages and not one response.There is only a recording. We tried Friday and Saturday.No one around morning or night. It's 10am and hard to believe only a recording. Can you imagine an emergency where you need to reach this posh hotel and no one to speak with? What a blessing in disguise we experienced this BEFORE boarding our animals. Definitely will never board them here!!
