My dog liked some of the staff there because, they played with him and 2 of the girls there, were really great. Now, this is super tacky... I brought my go there and brought his lunch, which I cooked myself for him. I was charged 3 dollars a day for them to BEND DOWN and put the food in front of him!!! The front desk girl is an extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty bully. This is the third incident where she raised her voice at me and caused a scene because i asked a question about my dog's care while being boarded. I am an attorney and if my secretary ever spoke to a client in such a disgusting regard, I would have fired her on the spot. I dropped off my dog on the way to the airport. By the time I landed 3 hours later, I'd received a message letting me know my dog had been injured. 3 hours. My dog's toenail had been injured and was at a right angle to his toe, having bled profusely. They told me he "ran into a fence". There don't have cameras wherever this fence is so caregivers' account could not confirmed. Sounded fishy to me. My dog ended up having to have his toe partially amputated. 3 hours. Ok. Look, I've literally tried all of these pet boarding and daycare. Many of them around.

Really terrible experience. I was told by Kathy? that I would receive a call from the GM to review my concerns and get some well needed info for my vet since my dog seems to have a pretty bad rash on his testicles. All I wanted was basic information as to what shampoo they used (since my vet asked) and when I called (because I never received the follow up call I was promised,) I was NOW being told that they refuse to get me that information and the GM will NOT be speaking to me until I get a medical diagnosis. To corporate: please understand you are losing valuable business by the disorganization of your team and management, I was going to be a loyal customer and would have spent hundreds or thousands with your company, but not after what I've seen with your manager , You should really evaluate your management more closely as I doubt I am the only one that is now taking their business elsewhere, but because your management is not professional or caring, is taking their business somewhere else,. Really wanted to love it but not for us. Dogs enjoyed the stay and were well cared for but the after math wasn't worth it. We give our dogs a preventative flea treatment, before we dropped them off my husband was going to give them their monthly but noticed in the paperwork it said "you authorize us to give your dog a dose of capstar upon arrival for flea treatment" we felt safe about that so didn't give them the monthly dose before drop off. Extremely dissatisfied with the service there. Called numerous times send my records ahead of time. Receptionist at the front desk is rude doesn't respond acts like she has better things to do than be there.
