Ben from precision towing was honest responsive. Let me know everything that was going on. Cool guy drove safely made sure everything was safely put on like the tow Straps, chains, etc. watched out for my bumper because my car was lowered, and when he was dropping the car, he knows about his angles in the parking lot so the bumper would not drag or get damaged. Definitely recommend this tow company

I requested towing from aaa and after that hassle, they connected me with Bernard. He came quickly and was very personable. He was able to help me tow my car back to campus and made sure everything was good before he left. Thank you so much!

Ben was absolutely amazing! He was there a lot sooner than the projected time, and he was very informative and courteous! He made me laugh when I was down about my situation, and made sure that everything was situated before we made it to my destination. The price of my tow was completely reasonable as well! Called AAA on a Sunday and within 45 minutes the tow company was at my location and he was seamlessly fast. Thank you Bernard!! Very grateful for how he handled my baby and got it loaded quickly. Would definitely call them again, even if I didn’t have AAA.
