I had been up almost all night fretting over my truck situation. I discovered that my tail lights would not go off, consequently my battery finally gave out. I called my insurance company to have a jump. Their guy couldn't get it going and wasn't sure why. He advised me to have it towed. Troy was great! Kept me updated all the way up to his arrival on site. Ran analysis and told me exactly whats wrong with my car. Then hooked up and was gone all in no more than 15 to 20 minutes! I was able to get back to work and make an important meeting. Great job by Troy and Precision Towing
