Ben was great, so kind and understanding. My car broke down in south Florida in a Publix parking lot. I was so upset, not knowing how to get it back to Palm Bay and not wanting to have it fixed down there. He was so patient with me and my directions to the car. And after his very difficult day through awful traffic, he showed me how the tow truck works as he carefully unloaded my car. I was so very impressed with his courtesy.
