Great Customer Service! I just recently purchased my first GM product with a 2015 GMC Sierra. I believe this was made possible by the excellent customer service at Preferred Chevrolet/Buick/GMC. Friendly sales staff and great to work with. Andrew Koss was great to deal with and is super nice. They let us take the van we were buying and meet the people that we sold our old car to and then back before we even purchased it. Very accommodating and even communicated info with us on his day off. Definitely will consider Preferred for our next vehicle.
