Great experience with Matthew Koops Exceptional customer service. Matthew Koops at Preferred Chevrolet of Grand Haven was very accommodating in my early surrender of the leased vehicle and transfer to a new lease. Will recommend Matt to all my family and friends looking for a change in vehicles!

My overall opinion Great customer service and quality work. I went in for an alignment and while I was there they checked my car over for free. They realized my car had a recall and did that right then. Offered me a ride to anywhere I would like to go while I was waiting. Super nice waiting area. Car is fixed and I couldn't be happier.

I reccomend Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven I'm very happy with the service provided at Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven. We recently moved into the GH area and selected Preferred to get our Equinox serviced. We were not having any problems but wanted our vehicle checked over before taking a long trip. They treated me well. I'd consider buying my next vehicle from them.
