An oil change & good service 2009 Pontiac G6. Oil change. I asked the service department to check the radiator coolant to see if it needs to be changed. They told me that the coolant looks good & doesn't need changing at this time. I really appreciate this type of honesty. Some businesses could have told me that it needs changing & I probably would have agreed because I can't remember the last time it was changed. Friendly sales staff and great to work with. Andrew Koss was great to deal with and is super nice. They let us take the van we were buying and meet the people that we sold our old car to and then back before we even purchased it. Very accommodating and even communicated info with us on his day off. Definitely will consider Preferred for our next vehicle.
