Great experience I had a great experience today purchasing my new (to me) 2004 Chevy Silverado. The entire staff at Preferred Chevrolet were friendly and helpful. In particular my salesman, Robert Corbett, went out of his way to make my car buying experience as easy and hassle free as possible. Robert goes out of his way to make you feel like you have a friend in your corner. Great job Preferred Chevy!! Note: this site is not IPad friendly. Would not let me five star everything as I wanted.

An oil change & good service 2009 Pontiac G6. Oil change. I asked the service department to check the radiator coolant to see if it needs to be changed. They told me that the coolant looks good & doesn't need changing at this time. I really appreciate this type of honesty. Some businesses could have told me that it needs changing & I probably would have agreed because I can't remember the last time it was changed.
