We found Sprio by referral from our agent. Sprio worked with us and we were able to close in 21 days. We had a top number set in mind, which quickly grew, but he worked with us and informed us every step of the way of what we needed to do to make it happen. He went out of his way to put in a good word with the selling agent, and assured them that the financing would go through without a hitch. He responds promptly with any questions or inquiries we had throughout the process. HIGHLY recommended!

As a first time home buyer I was very intimidated to say the least! Spiro was (and still is - with my post-closing questions) extremely patient and helpful with me throughout the process. It's very comforting knowing that your lender has your best interest at heart and is not trying to make a quick buck out of you. I highly recommend Spiro to anyone and everyone! He is simply the best.
