Spiro and Amanda are nearly beyond words. A friend insisted I get in touch with Spiro after many hurdles and delays with a different broker. Working with Spiro and Amanda was worlds better than our previous experience. Spiro and Amanda got our loan funded much more quickly, communicated clearly, and stayed in touch with us at every step of the process. We should have started with Spiro this time and will absolutely start with Spiro next time. I have absolutely no qualms recommending Spiro to anyone who would ask.

While I can rave on and on about how professional, communicative, driven Spiro was with our loan, a better example is how he helped out a co-worker. Around the same time we were selling and buying our home, my co-worker was buying his first. His broker kept stringing him along and his staff seemed to be a mess. After much pressuring by me, my co-worker finally called Spiro who was able to close the loan at the same rates two weeks faster than the other lender. Spiro, is the best lender in my experience. Best past part of his service is he completes the loan process very quickly which in the sense like 1 week from the date of applying to closing. He acts fast, I am surprised when he initially said about the quick closing time frame, but he proved it. He works late hours and explains everything in detail. We had a pretty difficult scenario happen. We purchased new construction 6 months in advance of moving in. The "in-house" lender with the developer promised us credit and incentives to work with them. So, we did. 9 days before my family and I were to move in, the "in-house" lender called to notify us she couldn't make the deal work. 9 days before we were supposed to move in, and after I had already sold my home!! I suppose it's never a good thing to be in a hurry; but I was. My family and I needed to move out of our apartment because it was converting to condos. We had no choice and timing was critical.
