Spiro and his team are a well oiled machine. I had a loan approval in 6 hours and went to underwriting in a day. It is fair to say the only reason we got this great deal is Spiro's confidence in saying I can do a 14 day close no issues at all... I do them all day long. Honestly, did not think Spiro was going to be able to pull it off. We had not refinanced in 15 years because it was such a nightmare situation. Totally transparent throughout the whole process and followed through on every step. Spiro's proactive attitude helped avoid a potential showstopper. We learned that a 2nd lien from a previous loan still existed on my property even though it was settled many years ago. This would have caused significant delays but Spiro did the due dilligince to get the reconveyance recorded with the county which really helped to finally close the refinancing on time.
