I was Pre-Approved with a local bank and in contract to purchase a single-family residence as a rental property when things began to sour quickly right from the get-go... Only a few days into contract and appraisal already in, the bank backed out because it will not appraise due to it being a fixer-upper requiring extensive work. Spiro did such an outstanding job as our lender when purchasing our first home. There were so many questions I had and Spiro was able to answer all of them while guiding me through the entire loan process. We were in contract with a home, when our original broker changed our mortgage type from a 30-year fixed, to a 7-year ARM. Since we wanted a 30-year fixed, we switched to Premier Lending, and Spiro Hishmeh saved the day and got us the type of loan we wanted, with a better interest rate than we were expecting - all without leaving contract. Spiro is good-humored, responsive, and he and his team made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
