I was Pre-Approved with a local bank and in contract to purchase a single-family residence as a rental property when things began to sour quickly right from the get-go... Spiro did such an outstanding job as our lender when purchasing our first home. We were in contract with a home, when our original broker changed our mortgage type from a 30-year fixed, to a 7-year ARM. Since we wanted a 30-year fixed, we switched to Premier Lending, and Spiro Hishmeh saved the day and got us the type of loan we wanted, with a better interest rate than we were expecting - all without leaving contract. I have dealt with many mortgage brokers but Spiro is far better than anyone I’ve encountered.
