Ms McCall several times was given information that was accurate and from the Veteran’s Affairs via myself, a previous homeowner, and she would deny the information, only to later find out that information I provided her was in fact accurate. She lacks transparency. She would make statements reflecting numbers such as the closing costs and so forth, only for us to find out later that her previous statements were inaccurate. Her communication was subpar. Ms McCall was ineffective and incompetent.

Three days before we were due to close escrow, the buyer's agent called to inform me that they had lost their financing amidst the turbulent times of Covid-19. The lender pulled out of the mortgage market, leaving the buyer high and dry in a non-contingent contract with their 3% deposit at risk. The buyer's agents were at a wall having called around to find a new lender without success. I extended the the closing date, and called Spiro Hishmeh for urgent help. Con't via email...!

Camillia did great.. California office did not perform as they promised on delivery of closing package. 2 1/2 hours became 20 hours which delayed closing a full day. Promised package within 1 hour which became 4 hours and then changed figures at 4:50 local time on A Friday resulting in not on a Thursday but the following Tuesday. Bottom line: LOCAL GOOD Home office needs to get their act together. Note: this was a new program and hopefully bugs are now worked out.
