Our initial contact was with Jay, not Camilla. We submitted all of the requested documents and heard nothing back so we assumed it was being processed. After a couple of months passed, we contacted Jay and were informed that the process had not even started as they needed additional proof of SS income. Once we were able to provide a document the process moved thanks to Camilla. However the closing cost estimate was waaayyy higher than Jay estimated. Needless to say not a pleasant experience.

We did not close in time. The office seemed to over promise and under deliver. On the bright side, the loan did close.

I usually don't write feedback, but, I kept getting emails for the survey from you. Hopefully, this feedback with help your business. It was a stressful ordeal to deal with the lender. We could not get any answer in a timely manner and they kept everyone involved, buyer, seller, agents on the toes throughout the process. Very unprofessional.

The best thing about our experience with Premier lending was our loan officer, Luis Perez. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the 4 months it took to close our loan. In my opinion the loan processing and underwriting departments are either poorly trained or not capable. We had one phone conversation with Fadi when he called to apologize for the delays and offered waiving some of the loan fees, which was much appreciated. I would be reluctant to use Premier Lending again.

I was asked for the same information many times. Things seemed to take a long time. At one point I had to supply updated P&L because the ones I had sent were now a month old - it took them so long. Several times I received requests for a long list of info (some of which had been provided previously) only to be asked for additional info when all was provided. In a word “incompetent”.

Probably not his fault, but this was the most long drawn out process ever. Things took so long to accomplish that he kept asking for documents over and over again because they expired, weren't signed, didn't have them. Odd, since I kept copies of everything I sent and they did have them. Maybe it was COVID's fault, not used to doing this all remote? Our agent negotiated a wavier of a fee due to the slowness and repetitive nature of the system. Again, maybe not Fadi's fault.
