Dillon was rude towards my wife who sadly could not be on the loan. So I am not sure if that was the problem. Lots of errors in paperwork. At some point it was documented that my dad and I were married. He made a very rude comment to my wife when she was asking questions. Ge stated that he can just cancel this whole thing. 1. Ensure that documents are reviewed and accurate prior to sending to clients to avoid back and forth. 2. Provide detailed explanation of all charges/credits for review, including taxes due and funds required from us to close escrow.

It took 26 days to figure out they needed to switch from Conventional loan to FHA which caused a 12 day delay in closing. The seller was very upset and inconvenienced .

Nothing…there are simply too many documents required to complete the process. While I understand they r all necessary, the requests for additional docs seemed endless. Maybe knowing all that r required up front would have made it less onerous.

Being informed beforehand of the individual steps and who was responsible for doing those steps as well as their contact info. I would have appreciated written communication with the preliminary numbers to review. This could have come with a disclosure.

I completed the loan application on March 3, 2021 but didn't close until July 8, 2021!! In between, it often felt like a horror show going through Premier Lending process for refinancing a mortgage. Services directly provided by Camilla and her team were generally great, but the involvement of third-party service providers made things noticeably poor.
