I have always found the dentists and their applicable staff (both dental and office) to be extremely welcoming and caring! Each patient gets extraordinary personal attention during their visit and genuine concern for their well-being. I have always felt comfortable during any procedure and never felt that the staff was on a "time clock" to complete my dental visit. Delighted that I found such an outstanding dental office in town with competent and caring personnel! Prescott Smile Care "ROCKS"!
My 3rd and final crown replacement is taking a total of 4 months to complete and the temporary is zinc oxide white next to the darkest tooth in my mouth. Thoughtless. Tomorrow is my PEO meeting; I'm an officer and giving a report. Wednesday I'm attending a luncheon in my honor. The entire process would have taken less time but my appointments were canceled 3 times! I want temporary crown removed and replaced with an appropriate color ASAP, and I insist on participating in selecting the color of the permanent crown.
Billing lost my personal estimate from my dentist Tori. It had personal notes on it. I needed it back they could not find it. My cleanings are supposed to be free of co-pays, according to our insurance. Yet they charge us $20.00 co-pay on every cleaning.
Service is great and staff is excellant but this is the worse temporary I have ever experienced! Sorry!
Tatum chipped my front tooth removing the impression tray. While it was not intentional, I was stunned! I will return for my crown, but would prefer another assistant.
This is husband Michael. I really hate to complain, but after 2 problems with 2 visits within 2 weeks, I have to be honest. You messed up MY app't a couple weeks ago by not allowing time for X-rays requested when making app't ( per Tori ), AND which I verified TWICE ahead of time. I was the last app't for that day also. You could have easily done the X-rays in 10 minutes if everyone wasn't in such a big hurry to leave for the day. I let that go instead of complaining. I figured it was a fluke.
