Great—honest doc who took the time to explain things—no pain
I have been upfront with the office about my anxiety. Despite reaching out to Prescott Smile Care & my own preparation efforts previous to going in for my appointment--- there I was, in the dental chair and experiencing a high level of anxiety. Won’t be doing business with your office anymore. Hygienist let slip to me that all but a handful of your employees decided to pass on the COVID vaccine, which is incredibly irresponsible as an essential healthcare business in the state with the highest rate of serious infection. Can’t force anyone to get it, but I imagine an employer could do a better job of explaining how important this is. Most of the staff do not wear masks.
Christa and Dr. Tori are the best. I always enjoy my visits. Christa is the best dental assistant I have ever experienced. She is very thorough and professional.
My hygentist, Lundon and Dr. Stroh were great. I was uncomfortable in the waiting room. (COVID related) Two of the three other patients waiting were not wearing masks, and once another patient entered we were no longer able to maintain our social distance. My temperature wasn't taken until I entered the the clinic, which helps to protect the staff, but not those waiting.
No face masks patients and reception staff upon arrival. This is unacceptable in a dental facility at this time. My dental hygienist was very good!
