Just another ripoff. They tell you one price and then magically it's a lot more. If you don't have insurance put a chain on your wallet. I liked the hygienist and the cleaning was fine but I don't like being lied to and getting ripped off... Twice now. This dentist is dishonest and has no integrity.

My 3-year-old 3000 dollar bridge fell apart. Dr. Bowman stated it was under warranty and he would make things right. I have been to his office 4 times since that day because the temporary bridge keeps coming off. My mouth has become horribly sensitive due to the bridge being on and off. When I came in on the 4rth attempt to keep it on I complained and was told by Dr. Bowman to "settle down, he was upset too because this was costing him $1000 dollars." WOW. fast and rough. water pick cleaner set to high.....seemed to be in a hurry to get out of the office.....holiday hurry up job.

I enjoy going to the DENTIST, great ladies but a so so Boss Dentist!. Always lots of laughs.

Due to my sensitive teeth I specifically ask that they use the water pik on only the front bottom 2 teeth. (Typically this is in my chart.) I mentioned it to Courtney and she said okay and then proceeded to do other teeth. I asked her if she was done at which point she promptly quit using it. The point is, after asking that it not be used and then it almost felt like she was seeing how far she could go without me saying anything.
