Management & Staff are terrific!!! I’ve lived here for about a year now. By far the best management led by Nisha. Nisha & her staff consistently asking residents what can they do to better improve Preston Hill‘s. Leasing professional Chy Smith is the best. If you have any little issues need to be fixed with the your unit. She will make sure it get resolved ASAP ??!
Follow up is... (Verified Renter) Follow up is not strong.. No community involvement with the residents. I only get a call from the office when something is wrong.
It is quiet,... (Verified Renter) It is quiet, near all shopping and restaurants. The property is kept relatively clean. All maintenance issues were resolved quickly and I had issues with my air conditioning and heating system. They were fixed quickly.
