This recent maintenance... (Verified Renter) This recent maintenance issue was resolved properly but the same maintenance worker came into my apartment previously without my knowing and damaged my personal items. He also told me my washer had been leaking into the apartment below mine and turned the water off. When I had my washer checked I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I reached out multiple times to try to get a reimbursement for my damaged items and could not get a response.
