we are very... (Verified Renter) we are very happy here at Preston Hills. the only negative I have is sometimes when rules are put in place they are not enforced like they should be. for example, we now all have parking passes displayed in our cars so residents can park close to their respective buildings. Sometimes I see outside of building 500, either cars with no parking passes or cars parked in handicapped spots with no handicap stickers. The leasing professional... (Verified Renter) The leasing professional was spectacular. He answered each and everyone of my questions. I saw how he greeted people in a very polite and respectful manner and the apartments and area is great. Very spacious and clean. I loved it!
