Grounds nicely landscaped, and kept beautifully manicured. Manager and staff very friendly and professional. They make you feel right at home and go over and beyond to resolve any issues that you may have.

I've been here... (Verified Renter) I've been here 8 years & this is the best maintenance team I have ever had anywhere. The property manager, Jay, & his staff also are the best. He is very friendly & goes over & beyond to work with residents to resolve any issues. The apartments are very nice & roomy. The grounds are nicely landscaped & kept manicured all the time.

My apartment was... (Verified Renter) My apartment was ok. There is rust around one of the sprinklers in the apartment. That same sprinkler is leaking. The water in the tub in one of the bathrooms doesn't get hot and the knob for the tub water is not functioning properly. In another bathroom the tub stopper was broken when we moved in. I'm sure maintenance realized and instead of fixing it they just propped it up so that it appeared fine during the walk through. Too many issues to say we just moved in a month ago.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it to people that aren?t bothered by neighbors noises, walls are thin and you can hear everything. Other than that, apartments are great and beautiful and spacious.
