The price is... (Verified Renter) The price is a bit high. I have friend who live in the neighborhood and are leasing a derby for less then I can lease a two bed two bath. I would love to lease here is there any way to get a better price on the lease amount?

Sucks Lived here last year. During the walkthrough of the apartment, I saw 2 roaches. The manager requested pest control come out to spray the next day. Literally that night after moving in, the kitchen was covered with roaches. I know for a fact that I did not bring the roaches because my furniture came straight from the furniture store. I requested pest control every week. Nothing worked. The type of... (Verified Renter) The type of neighbors that are moving in and not following the rules. Music too loud, trash put out on Friday and stay out until Sunday night. Trash bins staying out all day. Balcony use for storage.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend because they seem to care more about pets than the people who actually pay rent. My building smells like a poop infested living area. I am embarrassed to have company over.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend Preston Hills at Mill Creek , because there?s know adequate parking , trash doesn?t get pick up , and tenants are paying for it. The hallways are filthy .
I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the gate is more of an inconvenience than an actual security measure....I would recommend removing the gates and replacing them with the wrong way tire rods.... a security guard roaming the area would be perfect...

Way expensive for the underwhelming amenities. Overall, this place was great for the purpose it served. We needed a place fast last August, and this was the only place that responded and took us. The units are nice, really nice, that was a plus side of things. Most of our neighbors have been super quiet, another plus. The neighbors above us have been a consistent issue. There is too... (Verified Renter) There is too much dog mess in this community.. it is nauseating to walk around and see it everywhere u look. I warn my guess to watch out when walking in the grass .. it?s really a turn off..
Security reason (... (Verified Renter) Security reason ( the front gate) and parking spaces. Some neighbors are not considerate of others. (leaving trash outside for two days, loud music etc.
