Parking in the... (Verified Renter) Parking in the front areas apartments was terrible... I had to paid a 100 dollars extra just so I could park by my apartment... I didn't need the storage I need the parking space....
Beware of huge rent increase Gates are always broke, back gym is absolutely disgusting, make sure you watch where you’re going when stepping in the grass there’s dog poop everywhere. I see small women about 90 pounds walking pit bulls that weigh more then them. Rent increase is absolutely absurd. Only good thing is the area and the spacious apartments especially the upper levels. Definitely leaving when lease is up...

DONT MOVE HERE!!!! The front gate is broken most of the time. Drivers don't drive in the direction they are supposed to (there are signs and arrows on the road) and people walk in the street and parking lot constantly even though there are sidewalks. In some places on the apt. property there aren't sidewalks so people walking on the property are almost getting hit by passing cars. Terrible customer service, Lies, Lies and more lies The security gate never worked. They lied and told me that it always worked. I lived there for a year and the gate worked about 10% of the time. There was a shooting in the complex a couple of years a go. At least once a week I had some bible bangers knocking on my door since the security gate never worked. Once again the... (Verified Renter) Once again the water bill is a issue. It is based on how may bed rooms and how many people are in the apartment. Every time someone moves in the bill goes up, and if I explain that to a family member of friend they may not want to move in. I am not the only one that feels strongly about the water.
