Customer Service The staff at Preston Ford has been excellent! I traded in my previous truck, a 2008 Dodge Ram, for a 2014 F-150, back in May 2015, and I have been absolutely pleased with the vehicle since then. The only problem I had was with my windshield wipers; they wouldn't shut off completely and were stuck in intermittent mode. I called the service department and they had me come in and they replaced the windshield wiper switch, which was covered under warranty.
