Total Satisfaction! I should not have been surprised when I discovered a steady leak in my 70 year old drainage pipe. The pleasant greeting by Jamie at Pride Plumbing told me that I had called the right place. Eddie arrived shortly after and was later joined by Manny. Service call by Steve Clark Steve Clark did an excellent job. He is professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious. He replaced a 35 year old cartridge in my shower and had a special tool to remove the old one without doing any damage. Also had the replacement part on the truck. Then he changed out my basement faucet, also 35years old with copper pipes and no flex hoses. He also had a replacement faucet on the truck. Excellent service My latest water bill was double what it usually is and I called Pride Plumbing to help with the problem. Josh T. arrived right on time the next afternoon and not only replaced the ball flap in the toilet, but also checked all of the other water sources in the house and explained what to look for in each area. Josh was very nice and extremely helpful. I recommend this company highly as I have in the past.

Needed new garbage disposal and new pipes and venting under kitchen sink very professional, answered all my questions with great detail, job completed in a timely manor and very respectful of keeping the area as clean as possible, and cleaned up well after the job was done. I will certainly use Pride Plumbing for other plumbing needs in the future.
