thorough and great explanations Eddie came y to fix a an unexpected leak in the toilet and replace a disposal. He was very personable, explained what he was doing at every step, gave great hints for leaks (paper never lies). Also, he gave explanations of pricing (no hidden fees or unexpected costs), making it that much easier to make my decisions on repair. Way to go, Eddie!

Outstanding Service! The town water system backed into my basement. I called Pride Plumbing and they came right away. The service technician explained what needed to be done so this is prevented from happening again. It was a large job and they spent three days fixing the problem, installing a system to shut out back water. They explained the steps involved and I watched as they dug into my basement floor. Great job, very knowledgeable and helpful Although one never really wants to call a plumber, Pride Plumbing - and in this case, Ken - certainly make it a satisfying experience. Leaking hose faucet Dave V. came out to replace a leaky outdoor hose faucet. The service was great as usual. I have used Pride Plumbing twice before this. Once for a leak in a kitchen sink and another time for a malfunctioning garbage disposal. Each time a different person came to fix the problem. They have all been helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Pride Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Without them I would either be without water or underwater.

Consistently good service This is probably the third or fourth time for me dealing with Pride plumbing. I continue coming back for their consistently professional, prompt and effective service. I was visited by Eddie this morning for a bathtub leak and was happy with Eddie's diagnosis and recommendation. I will not hesitate to call Pride again should I need help in the future.
