Clogged sink Ken was prompt and polite! He unclogged my sink quickly and cleaned the sink too!

Honored their warranty and great service I had service in early December, and a new part that was used in the repair failed in mid-January, through no fault of Pride Plumbing. When I called this morning a service technician (Tyler) came, replaced the failed part with another new one. There was no charge for either the part or the service call. I couldn't be happier dealing with a company like Pride.

A great experience in an emergency situation. I am very pleased with the service I got from Pride Plumbing. They were able to come to my house the day I called, they gave me a time frame for their visit and said they'd call before they came. All this was done as promised. The technician who did the work here was polite, nice, explained everything he needed to do, then completed the job quickly and well. Payment is easy by credit card. Excellent Service on clogged main sewage pipe. I called Pride because sewage was coming up the basement shower drain anytime anyone used any water. Sam was amazing. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained exactly what was needed and why. My main sewage line was plugged up. It wasn't cheap but it was a fair price and I wanted a real fix and not a patch job that would need repeating constantly.
