Another great experience with Pride Plumbing. As usual, I had another great experience with Pride Plumbing. After fixing the problem I called about, David Valle pointed out some potential problems that I was not aware of. I greatly appreciated his recommendations and agreed for him to fix these issues as well. In the long run, this saved me time and money.

excellent all around David Valle called ahead to let me know he would be coming. He installed my garbage disposal, making no mess at all. When I asked him about how to occasionally test my battery-back-up sump pump he suggested creating a faucet on a nearby water line so I could just run water into the sump and then let it run for a while to run the battery down a bit and give it a good test. Excellent response, excellent and rapid service. Keith, the plumber who replaced my galvanize pipes, was terrific in every way. He answered all my questions and explained what he would do and, most importantly, on the day of the work, everything he had told me was accurate. He was quick, quiet, very neat and thorough. I can't praise his work high enough.

Outstanding Experience with Pride Plumbing!!! When l called Pride Plumbing to make an appointment I was greeted by a very polite lady who listened to me and was very interested in solving my plumbing issues. She also informed me of the coupon in the phone book! My plumber Steve Clark called me about 20 mins. before to let me know he was coming. He was very polite and interested in what I had to say. He quoted me a price to do the work I wanted. Steve did an excellent job. Would use and recommend Pride Plumbing in the future.

Fast response and service; can't beat it Had a technician out within a few hours of calling to report a gas leak. Steve was incredibly efficient and explained in detail, and up front, the work he was going to complete. Three leaks were repaired in about an hour and half. Super appreciative for the fast and professional service!

New Toilet & Clean out Sink Drain We have been in our house that was built in 1952 for the last 7 years. Since that time we have had multiple problems with the sink not draining and the toilet not working properly in the upstairs bathroom. Multiple Jobs: Outside storm plumbing issues and inside rehab + plumbing work Ken Yonda and his companion Gus did "cabinet-maker" level rehab jobs on our porch and inside bathrooms. Bathroom work involved tiling work and plumbing; they were so careful that they saved and re-used old tiles, saving us having to buy a large number of new ones. Called yesterday afternoon, and the job is done by lunchtime today After having a project that I couldn't complete sitting for 2 months, I finally called to get it done. Pride had the most positive reviews, so I went with them, and do not regret it. I called yesterday afternoon, and by lunch time today the job was complete. More great service We have used Pride Plumbing for years. Today Dave came out to investigate a water pressure problem with our shower. We have had this problem since we renovated our bathroom years ago, had asked the contractor about it, and it was explained away by the pressure coming into the house. We finally had had enough and called in a 'real' plumber. Turns out it's a part that can be replaced and is under warranty to boot! Dave explained everything and was professional and courteous.
