Very satisfying experience. E-mailed Nothnagle Home Services last evening re: leak in faucet to washing maching. They contacted Pride Plumbing & Ross called at 9a.m. today. Steve was here at 10:20 & the job completed before noon. Steve was very courteous & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Woke up to a very wet basement, called pride Plumbing at 7:30AM, they were at my door with a new water heater by 11:00AM. They take their slogan serious Prompt, Courteous, and Professional. Thanks Keith.

Very responsive for a late Friday evening emergency! Our kitchen sink clogged up and after I worked on it for 2 hours with a 25' hand-snake, I gave up and started calling plumbers for help. Ross from Pride called me back 5 minutes after I left a message. He said he could have someone there within 30 minutes. I agreed, but my first thought was "yeah, right". Pride Plumbing finished the job before other plumbers even called us back. We bought a new home, and it has 4 units within the building that we rent out. We had an issue with the sewer line backing up into the basement and causing water problems in all the units. It happened late in the evening. We called several different plumbers, and we got the most efficient and fastest response to our inquiry from Pride Plumbing.

I trust Ross at Pride Plumbing Pride Plumbing has always been fair, and they have great customer service. Ross has had Pride Plumbing for about 4 years, but I have used Ross for 16 years.

Since I did not know a plumber, I went to the yellow pages and picked Pride Plumbing. I could not have made a better choice. Since I did not know a plumber, I went to the yellow pages and picked Pride Plumbing. I could not have made a better choice. Ross came when promised, calling first. He was personable, professional and explained what he was going to do and the cost first. He completed the job neatly and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Pride Plumbing.

Wii not recommend Had kitchen faucet installed. A few days later, discovered water under sink—tightened pipe and no more leaking. What really was upsetting was the price.—very high. We will not be calling Pride Plumbing again.

Estimate cannot be given over the phone for a simple process. I have used this business before so I called to get an estimate on replacing a toilet if I provided the toilet. So I just need the estimate on the service of labor to actually replace the toilet. They could not give me an answer. They said someone would have to come to give the estimate and that would cost $50 to provide the estimate. If I continue with them for the work then they would waive the $50 dollars. Faucet and water shut off valve replacements Nick A. is the plumber who provided services at my residence. A wall and sink faucet were replaced. Three old cold water shut off valves were replaced as well as one hot water shut off valve. Finally a shower thermostat valve was adjusted. Nick provided an estimate for the work and explained the company’s pricing system.
