Beyond the call of duty. Finding that the problem was not a matter of plumbing but of cleaning the handicapped seat on the toilet, the plumber proceeded to clean it for me--something impossible for me at 91 years of age with arthritis everywhere.

Flooded basement - sump pump Water was leaking into the basement in several locations. They discovered the pump was working but the discharge was only going a few feet. They dug down to problem and repaired the discharge pipe. They arrived early in the morning, and finished in a few hours.

Rip off-Service call for handle on toilet hard to flush. I had my wife meet the plumber at an apartment I own because I could not make it. The toilet was hard to flush as per my tenant. My wife says he replaced the toilet flush valve seal (a $1.26 part at true value) and the flush handle (an $8.00 part in Amazon) and ended up charging us $310.02, it took him maybe 15 minutes to do the work. He told my wife he gave her a $100 discount on the job or it would have been $410. $50 of that was charged for replacing the toilet hand... read more

CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! They bill as automotive companies do, by the job (flat rate) and not by the hour. That pushes the hourly rate, how most consumers are used to paying, way up. I estimated my onsite rate to be $259.85/hour after subtracting "slightly higher than retail prices" for equipment and supplies. I asked for an itemized receipt for the equipment and supplies in three emails and was not given one so I had to estimate the breakdown. Estimate fee. Didn't have work done due to pricing. Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how good of plumbers they are but for 2X the price they should be real good.

fixed sink handle and cleaned sink drain called at 7:45AM, made appointment for early PM, Plumber arrived at 1:20PM, fixed bathroom sink handle and cleaned sink drain. Also replaced aerator on kitchen faucet. Very satisfied with service, etc.

Sewer system replacement We live in a 120-year old city home which had an old sewer system that connected out the rear of our house to the street behind us. We needed to replace all of the system in our basement as well as installation of a new lateral connecting to the main in the street in front or our house. We also had a new water service installed as part of the process, since our old system was not delivering enough volume.
