Happy with the unit and location The unit I took because it was closer to me house.. the price was cheaper then what I was paying at the other place.
Customer Service The young man (with the pleasant accent) who works at the front desk is awesome. He is so friendly and professional every time I'm there. The last time I was having trouble with my lock and he came right over to help me. He's the kind of employee I enjoy dealing with.
Nicer then the average storage facility 24 hour access and kept clean. Well lit and wide lanes between buildings

Does the job I have used this storage area for years even before when it was Mr D's. I would have given it 5 stars but i didn't appreciate being forced to buy the insurance for the unit when prime took over
Too Expensive Since Prime took over over my rate has gone up $45/mo on my unit and the only justification was to bring it to market levels.
