Easy access. 24 hour access helps me get in and out anytime
Nice upgrade by new owners. Have used the place seversl years cause of location. New owner's cleaned it up and improved all conditions. Set up online operation making it very convenient.
Excellent place. A clean, very spacious, excellent storage place on the Island.
storage I found that this was one of the better storage places
Like the 24 hour access Customer service is a little lacking but overall the place is good. Donât like that they raise the rent every 6 months especially when youâre on automatic bill pay.
Pricing is just too expensive Facility is nice but since Prime took over the price has gone up without valid justification.

Rude. High priced The electricity didnât work in my unit and they refused to repair it, stating electricity is free but it guaranteed. The rates had a dramatic increase. When I inquired as to why they said simply âsupply and demandâ. Total Nonsense . The rate increase led me to move out of one of the two units I had. After moving out of the one unit I was still charged a monthly charge. The clerk Emrik tried to say itâs because the unit was not empty or not swept clean. Rude front desk. Very high rates. Security gate was left open for a month Very expensive. Rates were increased and insurance became mandatory. The front desk is rude, they. Will not provide anyone with their corporate phone number. A week After moving out of one of the two units I rented they still billed my card for another month. The clerk refused to assist me, telling me the facility charges if the unit wasnât swept clean.
